There are a range of services which have been set up to help you if you want to return to work.

• the FIS has information about financial help with childcare costs, child tax credit and working tax credit, plus details on work life balance issues, such as seeking opportunities for flexible working and employee rights as a parent. We have a fact sheet about childcare vouchers too.

• The Grow Our Own project helps local job seekers and work returners back into the local employment market.
