Charters has set pulses racing with classes running on Mondays through to Thursdays including Bums, Tums and Thighs, Circuits & X-Biking. The Studio is a fully air conditioned, mirrowed room with a 'top of the range' audio system so you can really feel the beat! Aerobics is a great way to get fitter, lose weight whilst having fun at the same time and meeting new people.
