The Studio - Charters

Charters has set pulses racing with classes running on Mondays through to Thursdays including Bums, Tums and Thighs, Traditional Aerobics, Circuits, Yoga and Pilates. The Studio is a fully air conditioned, mirroed room with a 'top of the range' audio system so you can really feel the beat! Aerobics is a great way to get fitter, lose weight whilst having fun at the same time and meeting new people.

Prices for these classes are £5.50 with advantage card, £6.70 without, unless otherwise stated. £3.30 for over 50s with advantage card & £4.50 without.

Bums, Tums and Thighs

A challenging class that concentrates on improving cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone.

Mondays and Tuesdays 7pm-8pm

Circuits

Pilates

Pilates based matwork incorporates the techniques of Joseph Pilates. Involves strengthening the body through movement with a focus on posture.

Tuesdays 6pm-7pm
Thursdays 6.15pm-7.15pm

Yoga

A class comprising of traditional stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques. Power Yoga is a dynamic form of Yoga. It is not recommended that you participate in Yoga if you are over 3 months pregnant.
