Developed by the Institute for Earth Education Earthwalks offer a new and inspirational way of looking at and experiencing the natural world. Using a range of props and materials, groups are guided through Braywick Park on a special sensory nature walk lasting 1-2 hours. Participants may Meet a Tree, Listen to a Symphony, make a Smelly Cocktail and collect Colours from Nature - or even use a Sky Eye to go for a walk in the treetops!
An Earthwalk is a stimulating hands-on outdoor session which can stand alone or be followed up with creative written work, art projects or more in-depth studies of a particular environment. Earthwalks provide a powerful way for people to connect with and develop their feelings for the natural world.

"I liked the Smelly Cocktails - I found lots of smelly leaves and then we named our cocktails. The Sky Eyes were fun, I thought I was walking in the air."
"Thank you so much, I really enjoyed it. My favourite thing was everything. I think that we are coming again. I can't wait!"
