If payments are being made to you the landlord directly then we can tell you how much benefit has been awarded, the start date of the claim and any amounts that are being recovered, due to an overpayment.
However, if payment is made direct to the customer, then we can only disclose the above details to you if the tenant has signed an agreement to confirm that this is acceptable.
