Table A Charge Calculator

To help you calculate our standard Building Control applications charges for Domestic Extensions up to 60m2 Internal floor area, Garages and Carports (up to 40m2) and Loft and Garage Conversions, please see our Calculators below.

Where your proposed project falls outside these tables an individually determined charge will be calculated. Also if you are carrying multiple extensions and/or multiple types of alterations wemay be able to reduce the above standard chargdes where the works are carried out at the same time. If this is the case, please ask for an individual assessment of your proposed work. Please contact us on 01628 796870 or email on building.control@rbwm.gov.uk .

To use the Calculator please type in the total proposed floor area of your proposed extension (in metres) and then either press return on your keyboard, or click the calculate button.

Please note that the total floor area is calculated by reference to the internal faces of the walls enclosing the newly formed extension area, or if at any point there is no enclosing wall, by reference to the outermost edge of the floor.
