Building Control Consultancy Customer Panel

The Building Control Consultancy Customer Panel members represent users of the Building Control Service at The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead.

Membership is broad in terms of work interest areas covering Architects, Builders, Consultant Structural Engineers, Designers and Surveyors with representatives being spread geographically across the borough.

The Aims and Objectives of the Customer Panel are :

To represent the views of customers of Building Control Consultancy
To put foward ideas and suggestions for the development of the service to the benefit of everyone involved in the Building Control process
To be consulted by Building Control Consultancy on proposals for service development and improvement

Customers are invited to contact members of the Panel if they would like an independant opinion of the Building Control Service or to comment on any aspect of the service where potential improvements could be made.

The Building Control Consultancy Customer Panel operates as well as out usual customer feedback facilities available at the reception desk, through our website, by fax, telephone or post.
