Meet The Building Control Consultancy Team

The Royal Borough's Building Control Consultancy has a team of experienced professional and technical support staff. All of whom are keen to contribute towards helping you achieve a successful development, which you can rely on to comply with the Building Regulations.

You can contact our office by simply telephoning us on 01628 796870 to discuss any Building Control issue, advice on compliance with the Building Regulations or alternatively book to meet a Consultant to discuss your project. Our Building Control Consultants are generally available between 8.45 and 10.30 and 2.30 to 5.15 pm. Alternatively, to enable us to deal with your enquiry as effectively as possible, please either contact the Building Control Consultant dealing with your project on their direct line, or  for initial enquiries please click on the Borough map (at the bottom of this page), to see who your local Consultant is.

Contacting Consultants

If you need to contact a member of the Building Control Team, the Building Control Consultants are normally available on their direct dial telephone numbers between 8.45 to 10.30 am and at the latter part of the day, Monday to Friday. Details of your area consultant and how you can contact them by either telephone or email are shown below.

Requests for Inspections

If you contact us before 10.30 am, a site inspection will normally take place on the same day. Pleass note that site inspections requested after this time will take place on the following working day. Please contact our technical support team on 01628 796870 to arrange your site inspections. You may also book a site inspection using our on-line form.

Please note our office hours are 8.45am to 5.15pm, Monday to Thursday and 8.45am to 4.45pm on Friday. Although our ansaphone service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on 01628 796885 to allow site inspection requests to be made at any convenient time.
