How do I report a lost or stolen Advantage Card?

If your card is lost or stolen, please visit your nearest issuing centre with proof of identification for issue of a new card.

There is a £2 charge for the issue of a new card. If your card is stolen, please also take your crime reference number and report and the lost fee will be waived. If the card was misused and suspended, you are able to get a new one at the end of that suspension for a re-issuing charge of £5.
