Personal data is captured when submitting feedback when using the website feedback form.
Information we collect
We collect information on the user’s experience of accessing the public website with the option to provide feedback on how it could be improved.
We do not specifically request or capture personal information. This is only captured if the respondent uses the free form text box to provide personal information.
How we use the information provided
The information submitted on the website feedback form is reviewed by the Digital Development team to improve the website content. Information which is provided is forwarded to the relevant service area to action where necessary, dependant on the feedback.

The Digital Development Team.
Who we may share your information with
All services within the council. This will include any personal contact information freely entered onto the form.
How long we store your information
We store your personal data in our system for up to a year after submission, it is then deleted.
Any personal information submitted will be forwarded to the relevant council department and the retention schedule for that department will apply.
You can request it to be removed at any point by emailing website@rbwm.gov.uk.
