We will collect your information using an online form, email or when you send in a pre-paid postal comment card.
What information is collected
We will collect your comments on our service.
If you choose to do so, we will also collect your name and email address.
If you are providing a photograph for uploading to our website, we will also collect the name of your photographer.
How we use the information provided
We are collecting your comments to help us improve our services to you and the community.
If you have provided your consent, we will also use your photograph and comments on our social media sites and our RBWM website, for the purposes of promoting our services.
You are welcome to withdraw your consent at any time, and we will remove your photograph and comments after receiving a request from you to do so.
Who has access to the information about you
The Registrars and our Complaints and Compliments Team.
Who we may share your information with
We will not share any of your information without your consent. You will be asked to provide consent at the point of completing the form. If consent is given, we will only share your first name, photograph and comments on our social media sites and RBWM website.
How long we store your information
We will only keep your personal information for three years from submission to us.
