Council Tax - Single Person Discount Cancellation Form

If you are no longer the only adult living in your home, because someone is living there with you or your child has reached the age of 18, you must report this immediately to the Council Tax office.
You will find your nine digit account reference number on your Council Tax bill. (The number will start with a 9)
If you have recently moved into your new home and not yet received a Council Tax reference number, please leave this blank.
All fields marked with (*) are mandatory.

This is the date when you stopped being the only adult living in the property, or if you have recently moved into your new home, this will be your occupation start date, or if you have a child who has reached 18 years, it will be their birthdate.
If you are ceasing a discount because someone has recently moved into your household, please provide the following information.
