Whether it is the credit-crunch or personal safety, that is how people are feeling at the moment, and it is very stressful. We are providing classes to address this by inviting people to:

learn to relax and de-stress with a series of exercises and breathing methods

develop their whole well-being by enhancing physical fitness, improving balance and posture

learn a superior form of self-defence which doesn’t rely on size and strength. Ideal for men & women.

Suitable for all levels of fitness for men and women of any size, age or ability, classes consists of exercises with a partner which show you how to deal with everyday pressures without relying on force or aggression and without stressing yourself out. People have highly pressurised lifestyles which can cause tension, fear and worry, creating physical symptoms such as headache, backache or mental strain. People are also worried about their weight and general physical fitness levels. Ki Aikido will help you address all these issues in a unique non-competitive environment.

Classes are taught by Sensei G Williams, 6th Dan. He is the son of the founder of Aikido in Britain, and has been teaching for over 20 years

We have also been running classes for the last 14 years every TUESDAY and THURSDAY at the Burnham Methodist Church Hall, corner of Lent Rise and Eastfields Rd, Burnham, 8.00-9.40pm
