Set up a Direct Debit – the easy way to pay

Direct Debit is the easiest way to pay your bill. You can choose to pay on the 1st or the 15th of each month.  It is also cheaper and easier for the Council to administer and thus helps to keep Council bills down.

If you want to set up a Direct debit for Council Tax Payments, you can download a form here:

Then fill it in and return to us by post at the address stated on the form.

By Cheque –

During normal office hours, or by post at either the

Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF,
or York House, Sheet Street, Windsor, SL4 1DD.

By Cash –

During normal office hours, using a Payment kiosk at either the

Customer Service Centre, Town Hall, St Ives Road, Maidenhead, SL6 1RF,
or York House, Sheet Street, Windsor, SL4 1DD.
