Notification of Change of Circumstance

Changing your addressIn order to keep our records up to date and accurate, we need written confirmation of any changes of circumstance, for example name or address. If you have changed your address please let us know by submitting the online form below.

Once your form has been submitted it will be sent to the pensions administration team who will then update your records with your new details.
